🐉 LITTLE DRAGONS
(Ages 4–7)
Building Confidence, Coordination, and Awareness
The Little Dragons program is designed specifically for young children ages 4–7. These classes introduce the foundations of martial arts in a fun, structured, and positive environment.
Students will learn:

Basic martial arts movements and stances

Balance, coordination, and body control

Listening skills, focus, and respect

Age-appropriate self-defense concepts such as awareness, personal space, and how to respond safely to uncomfortable situations
Classes focus on discipline and confidence while keeping learning engaging and age-appropriate. Little Dragons build the skills they need to feel confident, safe, and proud of their progress.

🥋 BEGINNERS CLASS
(Ages 8 & Up)
Strong Foundations in Martial Arts & Self-Defense
Our Beginner program for ages 8 and up is perfect for students with little or no martial arts experience. This class builds a strong foundation in traditional martial arts while introducing practical self-defense skills.
Students will learn:

Fundamental strikes, blocks, kicks, and stances

Martial arts forms and controlled partner drills

How to defend themselves using simple, effective techniques

Awareness, confidence, and how to avoid dangerous situations
Training emphasizes discipline, respect, and personal responsibility while improving fitness, strength, and coordination. Beginners progress at a steady pace as they build confidence and real-world self-defense skills.

🥇 INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED CLASS
Advanced Technique, Discipline, and Real-World Self-Defense
Advanced and Black Belt classes are designed for experienced students who are ready to refine their skills and deepen their understanding of martial arts.
Students will focus on:

Advanced martial arts techniques, combinations, and forms

Controlled sparring and advanced partner drills

Practical self-defense applications for real-world scenarios

Mental discipline, leadership, and confidence under pressure
These classes challenge students physically and mentally while reinforcing respect, responsibility, and control. Advanced students develop the ability to protect themselves effectively while continuing to grow as martial artists and leaders.
